Warranty & Repairs

We offer life time post-sale service for all our customers. 

• Restringing and Resizing: Complimentary for the first resize, chargeable at $5 for each bracelet for subsequent resizes. All delivery charges (if any) will be absorbed by the customer.

• Broken/Missing Charms/Materials: From $6 onwards, depending on the broken/missing part

• Missing Crystal: From $6 onwards, depending on the type of crystal

• Full hardware replacement: 50% of original priced item

Free resizing/restring, Broken Charms/Materials is only eligible if item received is sized incorrectly from us and/or charms and/or materials arrived damaged (subject to approval)
