For international orders, there is a shipping charge on your order. Listed below are the rates in SGD accordingly. Transaction fees regarding currency exchange rates, taxes, and duties are to be absorbed by the customer. Ellaie will not be responsible for any additional charges faced regarding shipping to the respective countries.
Ellaie will not be liable for any damaged/missing parcels regardless of your chosen mode of delivery. The responsibility for its delivery rests solely with the delivery service. While we take all necessary precautions to ensure the safe delivery of our products, we cannot guarantee that unforeseen circumstances may not occur during the shipping process.
